How Does SkyFex Work?

SkyFex Remote Desktop includes a client part: a browser plug-in (for Firefox or Chrome) and an ActiveX control (for Internet Explorer). These are installed on the computers that establish a remote connection. Also, for unattended access to computers, the Unattended Access service will be installed.

The installed client parts securely connect to the SkyFex server to start a remote session.

Remote connections work over the same secure protocol (HTTPS) and port (80) as your browser. This enables SkyFex to establish remote support sessions transparently through firewalls, proxies and NAT.
